Humble Rodeo & BBQ Cook-Off

Each spot purchased allows you to enter one team into the competition. Up to three (3) additional spaces per team can be purchased and will be awarded if available. NO EXCEPTIONS. Each space purchased will allow the team to enter the four main meat (chicken, pork ribs, pork, and brisket) competitions and allow the team to purchase entries for the Margarita competitions. 1 entry per space purchased.

Each entering team must have its own team name, head cook, pit, and prep space as per KCBS Rules.
MAXIMUM 4 SPACES AND 4 TEAMS.

Please fill out one section for each team entering the competition.

The Head Cook (of each team) must initial each page and sign the last page of the Rules and Regulations for the 2021 Humble BBQ Cook Off. These rules must be sent to Sabrina Sosa - Cooks Captain at sabrina@humblerodeo.com before a Cook Off space will be assigned.

Head Cook must have all team members sign 2021 Release of Liability* and turn in upon entering the grounds for the competition.

2021 BBQ Cook Off Purchase Items

COOK-OFF SPOT

Each spot is approximately 30 X 40 feet.
Select the number of spots you are purchasing from 1 to a maximum of 4.

MARGARITA COMPETITION

You may purchase one entry per spot purchased. Select the number of entries purchasing from 1 to a maximum of 4.

BBQ WRISTBANDS

Each spot purchased will receive 5 cookers' wristbands which must be worn at all times by cookers. This $20 fee here will include two wristbands, 1 for Friday and 1 for Saturday.

VIP PARKING PASS

All teams are given 1 parking pass with their purchased space, you may purchase additional parking passes for $20/each. These passes are limited and will be sold on a first-come-first served basis.

PORT-O-LET

Regular Port-O-Let includes a pump out late Friday or early Saturday morning at now extra charge.
