Badge Committee - Responsible for creating, printing and distribution of all volunteer badges and collecting all badges at the end of our event.

Banner Committee
- Responsible for ordering and receiving banners, creating and maintaining a list and map of banners' placement each weekend. They are also responsible for the installation and the taking down of each banner and properly storing them for the following year.

BBQ Cook-Off Committee - Responsible for signing up cookers, collecting payment, liaison to KCBS, assembling cooker packets, marking spaces, head cook's meeting, parking permits, Port-O-Let orders, committee tent, tables, heater orders, operating the Cooker's Gate, and BBQ awards and presentation of awards.

BBQ Judging Committee - Responsible for securing judges for the BBQ Cook-Off, and set up of Judge's tent with tables and chairs.

Box Seats Committee - Responsible for securing box seat renewals, maintaining the box seat layout, delivery and set up of all chairs, hanging signs in each box seat, assist box seat holders finding their seats, monitor the area each night and removal of chairs and signs after Saturday night of Rodeo.

Cowboy Camp Committee - Responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating meals for our rodeo contestants.

Feed the Public Committee - Responsible for feeding our guests during the BBQ Cook-Off.

Gate Committee - Responsible for operating all outer perimeter gates at the cook-off that allow our volunteers, guests, and cookers into and out of the BBQ Cook-Off.

Guest Services Committee - Responsible for staffing our Information Tent and assisting our guests with locating cooker tents, lost and fond, phone re-charging station and any questions our guests have to ensure an enjoyable, family friendly event.

Ice Committee - Responsible for ice delivery and collecting payment from the BBQ Cookers.

Jr. Rodeo Committee - Made up of members in grades 9-12, to assist Captains with various tasks such as recycling, setting up and/or taking down of different areas for both weekends.

Kids Cook Committee - Responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating our Kids Cook during the BBQ Cook-Off.

Kids Zone Committee
- Responsible for securing fun activities for our younger guests.

Parking Committee - Responsible for creating and maintaining parking maps for both weekends, collecting parking fees and directing guests to the appropriate parking lot.

Pit Challenge Committee
- Responsible for coordinating with the FFA Advisors and the CATE Center setting up all of the BBQ pits during Cook-Off weekend. Other duties include setting up the chairs for the auction and removing them prior to the BBQ Awards.

Recycling Committee
- This committee facilitates our recycling program for both weekends.

Rodeo Beauty Pageant Committee - Responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating our beauty pageant.

Rodeo Parade Committee - Responsible for the planning and organizing of our rodeo parade down Main Street in January. They will work closely with city officials in obtaining the proper permits and establishing the parade route.

Security Committee - Responsible for the safety and security of our guests each weekend.

Sponsorship Committee - Responsible for obtaining and securing sponsorships for our event.

Student Rodeo Activities - Responsible for organizing and facilitating the Calf Scramble, Chute Doggin', and Mutton Bustin' for our 4H and FFA members.

Ticket Gate Committee
- Responsible for staffing entry gates both weekends.

Transportation Committee - Responsible for the logistics of our rodeo shuttle to and from the BBQ Cook-Off and Rodeo.

Vendor Committee - Responsible for obtaining various types of vendors to create a great shopping and dining experience for our guests. Duties include creating layouts, vendor check-in and monitoring the area.

VIP Stage Patio - Responsible for ordering bar tables and stools, setting up the area Friday and cleaning up for Saturday night of Rodeo weekend. Duties also include monitoring the area and making sure we maintain maximum occupancy per code, regulated the Fire Marshal.

Volunteer Coordinator - Responsible for receiving volunteer inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate Vice President.
