The Humble Rodeo is proud to host an exciting lineup of vendors, showcasing crafts, specialty items, and unique products for all our visitors. Booths are only available at our Humble Rodeo event. Come join us and share your goods with thousands of enthusiastic rodeo-goers!

• Booth spaces are first-come, first-served and will not be reserved until registration and payment are complete.
• Vendors are required to have insurance. A certificate naming the Humble Rodeo & BBQ Cook-Off as additional insured must be submitted by January 17, 2025.
• Subletting or sharing of booth space is prohibited. Only items listed on your application may be sold.
• Cancellations must be made in writing by December 15, 2025. A $50 administration fee applies for cancellations before the deadline. No refunds after that date.
• “No-shows” will not be reimbursed.
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full or applied to the 2027 event.

1. Email Interest – Send an email to vendors@humblerodeo.com
   with what you sell.
2. Rules & Code of Conduct – Our Vendor Captain will send the forms for you to sign and return.
3. Register & Pay – Once forms are received, you’ll get a link to complete your registration and payment online.
4. Submit Insurance – Send a copy of your insurance to vendors@humblerodeo.com by January 17, 2025.
