BBQ Cookers Dates/Times to Know

Times below are subject to change without notice:

Wednesday, January 29, 2025
- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Gates will open for professional tent companies and for the delivery of Port-O-Lets.
  NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED ON THIS EVENING and NO TEAM MAY BEGIN SET UP TODAY! NO EXCEPTIONS.
Thursday, January 30, 2025
- 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM – cooking teams may begin arriving and setting up their locations.
  NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED ON THIS EVENING.
Friday, January 31, 2025
- 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM – cooking teams may work on setting up their locations.
- 2:00 PM, all vehicles need to be moved off the parking lot and out of fire lanes because gates will be closed for the public to begin entering.
- 4:00 PM - BBQ open to the public.
- 3:00-5:00 - Cooker Tray Pickup - at Pavilion
- 5:00 PM - Head Cooks Meeting with CBA - at Pavilion
- 5:30 PM - Margarita Contest at Public Plaza
- 7:00 PM - Entertainment at Public Plaza
Saturday, February 1,, 2025
- 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM – cooking teams will be allowed to restock their cooking areas and will be allowed to drive back in with supplies. Driving in will stop at 10:30 AM so vehicles can be out of cook-off by 11:00 AM.
- 11:00 AM, the gates will be shut and locked and NO MORE ALCOHOL can be brought in from that time on.
- 5:30 PM - BBQ Cook-Off Awards in Pavilion
Sunday, February 2, 2025
- 7:00 AM until 12:00 PM – Tear down begins. Cooking teams and tent companies must have all items gone from the BBQ Cook-Off area by 12:00 PM.
- 12:00 PM - All cookers items on the parking lot must be gone.
